At Snaresbrook College we encourage pupils to respect all religions and we provide opportunities for them to explore and express their own feelings and beliefs. Assemblies follow the Christian calendar.
The curriculum focuses on Christianity but other religions are also studied.
We aim:-
To develop the pupils' knowledge and understanding of the beliefs of Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism, Islam and Sikhism. To help pupils appreciate the influence that religious belief and practices have on believers today. To encourage in pupils a respect for and a sensitivity to those who hold different beliefs from their own. To help pupils explore and reflect upon their own life and religious experiences and those of others. To give pupils opportunities to express their feelings and beliefs. To help pupils develop their sense of identity and belonging.
The teaching of Religious Education at Snaresbrook College Preparatory School does not seek to urge religious beliefs on children or compromise the integrity of their own beliefs.

Pupil in Year 1 have created a 'Sukkot' which is a building for Jewish festivals.
